LITTLE COMPTON – Craig Pishotti and Zachary Miller, the founders of GooseWing Hotels & Resorts, today said they “are in the final stages of purchasing The Stone House Club from current owners Tod and Virginia Moore and Margaret and Peter Tirpaeck.” Terms were not disclosed.
The private-membership club was built in the 1860s at Sakonnet Point.
“We are very excited by the opportunity to own and operate such an historic venue, and what is a significant landmark for the Little Compton community,” Pishotti said.“The club will continue to operate in a similar fashion as it has for the past 30 years under the dedicated stewardship of the Moores and Tirpaecks.” >> Read More
